All Sales Final

We are a very small business and due to the nature of returns, expenses, and losses, we have decided to make all sales final. We want to sell only the highest quality of custom made bags. When we have a return, it has to be discounted due to the possibility of use by original buyer. 

Each custom bag is closely inspected and photographed in multiple lighting situations. Any obvious flaws are disclosed. Due to the nature of full grain hides, scars, bug bites, and blemishes should be expected. We do our best to photograph every angle of the bag. We also provide a video of each bag. 

Please carefully view the photos or feel free to ask any questions, prior to purchase. 

We very rarely even have a return request. Most of our correspondence is from customers raving about their purchase. However, we feel this policy is in our best interest as a small business to keep our prices fair and competitive for one of a kind, hand stitched, heirloom quality bags.
